Understanding Eczema:
Eczema, also known as atopic dermatitis, is a chronic skin condition characterized by inflammation, dryness, itching, and rashes. While there is no cure for eczema, managing its symptoms and providing relief is possible. Many individuals with eczema turn to natural remedies as a way to alleviate discomfort and promote healthier skin.
Harnessing the Power of Essential Oils:
Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts known for their therapeutic properties. When used correctly and in appropriate dilutions, essential oils can offer numerous benefits for various skin conditions, including eczema. It's important to note that essential oils should be used with caution, as some may cause irritation or sensitivity in certain individuals. Always perform a patch test and consult with a healthcare professional before incorporating essential oils into your skincare routine, especially if you have eczema.

Love Always, Nina...
We love sandalwood and patchouli oils. They smell really fresh, and do seem to help with inflammation. But as you said, every skin is different. I bet your calendula body butter would be great for eczema, so soothing and soft!
It can be hard to town find good, affordable, natural options for treating excema, so these are great recommendations. Everyone knows oatmeal, but not perhaps things like patchouli or geranium oil. Thanks!
Handmade soaps have really helped me hype up my skincare game. Despite being busy in my daikylife, i can now easily give my skin all the love it deserves.
